Parts we design and machine ourselves carry a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as you own them. If one fails because we built it wrong, we replace it. Send us photos and your order number and we will sort it out.
Everything else — manufacturer warranty
Parts from other brands are covered by that brand's warranty terms. We will handle the claim on your behalf rather than sending you off to fight it alone — email us and we will take it from there.
What a warranty does not cover
- Crash damage, impact damage and general wear
- Improper installation, or modification of the part
- Racing and competition use, unless the part is explicitly sold as a race component
- Corrosion from pressure washing or storage
- Consumables — pads, tires, chains, grips, bearings and seals
Making a claim
Email ridgemxofficial@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the part and a short description of what happened. Most claims are resolved within two business days.
A note on electric dirt bikes: many of these machines are not street legal and are not sold for on-road use. Fitting performance parts can affect your bike's warranty, its legal status where you live, and how it behaves. Ride within your limits, wear proper gear, and check your local rules.
