We ship fast because we know your bike is in pieces on the garage floor.
Processing
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day ship the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery estimates
- Standard: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Expedited: 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Overnight: next business day when ordered before the daily cut-off
Estimates are carrier transit times and do not include the processing day. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can add time.
Oversized items
Wheelsets, complete suspension and anything long or heavy may ship freight and can take longer. If that applies to your order we will email you before it goes out.
Backorders
If something in your order is not on the shelf, we ship what we have and send the rest as soon as it lands, at no extra shipping cost to you. You will get a separate tracking number for the second parcel.
International
We ship worldwide. Duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility — they are not included at checkout. Customs can hold a package for several weeks and that part is outside our control.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will happily resend it, but reshipping is at your cost.
